Easy steps: How to make organza and fabric flowers.

In short, to make organza flowers:
(you need polyester organza in order to make the edges curl when burnt)
1. cut out flower shapes
2. burn the edges using a candle flame
3. layer them.
4. sew some beads in the middle.

Frayed flower how-to:

Easy steps:
1. gather a strip of fabric
2. twirl into a floral shape and sew shut.
DONE!


















 Ribbon flower how to:

Easy steps:
1. pull thread on edge of ribbon to make it gather.
2. handstitch these gathers to place
3. twirl around into flower shape.
4. attach to a base.
DONE!







































Chiffon tulle flowers how to:

Easy steps:
1. cut out flower shapes in silk chiffon
2. handstitch them together
3. stitch a bead in the middle. 
DONE!



































tissue paper flowers/ pom poms how to:


Hanging Pom-Poms
1. Stack eight 20-by-30-inch sheets of tissue. Make 1 1/2-inchwide accordion folds, creasing with each fold.
2. Fold an 18-inch piece of floral wire in half, and slip over center of folded tissue; twist. With scissors, trim ends of tissue into rounded or pointy shapes.
3. Separate layers, pulling away from center one at a time.
4. Tie a length of monofilament to floral wire for hanging.
